The micro chip from Canons ink cartridges 0620B001-0628B001 are patented which means that they can not be manufactured again. The compatible cartridges we sell do not have this chip so you must remove it from the original cartridge and place it to the new one yourself. Instructions how to do this follows with the ink cartridges.
