"Accordi", which is the Italian word for chords, is used by perfumers and refers to a "harmonious combination of scent notes".ROSA TURCHIABetween the lakes of Burdur and Egyrdir, in the Isparta region of Turkey, there are fields abundant with roses. They are harvested from May to June, and the flowers are handpicked in the morning and processed through an advanced extraction process.
