All OPI Nail Envy nail strengtheners can be used as a stand-alone treatment or as a base coat under any OPI Nail Lacquer shade. If Nail Envy is used as a stand-alone treatment:
Apply two coats to clean and dry nails with the cuticles pushed back.
Then apply an additional coat daily for a week.
Remove the product with any OPI Polish Remover and repeat the treatment.
