The Sleep Easy range uses a clinically proven scent from Givaudan's Dreamscentz™ fragrance development technology. The scent has been designed to optimize sleep quality using results of brainwave activity in response to scent. A wide range of scent types were screened, and it was found that some but not all scents and perfume ingredients improve sleep quality. Usage
