Ardell Magnetic Liquid Liner
Ardell's Magnetic Liquid Liner is an innovation that allows you to apply magnetic lashes with liquid eyeliner in just two steps.
The liquid, waterproof eyeliner provides definition to the eye and keeps your magnetic lashes in place all day. The precision applicator enables a perfect winged eyeliner.
Usage
1. Apply two coats of Magnetic Liquid Liner along the upper lash line.
2. Place magnetic lashes on top of the liner before it has completely dried and gently press to secure the lashes.
