Blinc Lash Primer is used under mascara to build up the lashes and give them extra volume and length. Additionally, Blinc Lash Primer protects the lashes from external stresses from our increasingly deteriorating environment. With the primer as a base, even the smallest lashes receive protection from heat, free radicals, wear, and damage. The application is easy for both lashes and eyebrows. The completely colourless primer is enriched with vitamin E and contains no substances that can irritate the eyes.
