Gianni Versace was born in southern Italy in 1946. When he grew up he was working in his mother's clothing shop where he learned how to sew, cut out and design his own clothes. he was soon discovered by other fashion designers and companies and eventually started his own fashion house. Through the years Versace mixed the fashion world with entertainment. He has been inspired by street fashion as well as by the history of film, art and design. Versace's first fragrance was launched in 1992 and has released many successful and popular fragrances since then! Blue Jeans from Versace was launched in 1994 and is fresh and woody with soft spices. It is refreshing and smells like a walk in the woods with tones of bergamot, cedarwood and basil. Top notes: bergamot, lime and lemon Middle notes: vetiver, patchouli, freesia, basil and geranium Base notes: cedarwood, sandalwood and oak moss
