Charlie Blue from Revlon was launched in 1973 and was at first just called Charlie but later Blue was added, when they launched more Charlie fragrances. It became a huge success during the 70's and perhaps perfect for your class reunion? It has got a floral, fresh and green scent with tones of flowers, tarragon and sandalwood. As they creted it it had the working name Cosmo, from the hip magazine Cosmopolitan. Top notes: peach, hyacinth, citric oils and tarragon Middle notes: jasmine, lily of the valley, cyclamen, roses, iris root and carnation Base notes: vanilla, oak moss, sandalwood and cedarwood
