Can I use my lenses when sporting?

Can I bathe with my lenses?

Showering, or bathing in fresh or salt water shouldn’t be a problem. But be careful when using your lenses in a pool or bubble bath, micro-organisms thrive in these environments. If you take a bubble bath, it’s recommended that you use eye glasses the rest of the day. For the same reasons you shouldn’t keep your lens paraphernalia by a sink. If micro-organisms get your eyes they may lead to eye infections for those who wear lenses.
