It also makes your skin ready for the moisture in the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion, so it penetrates faster. If you feel a tingling in the skin you will know that the product works.
Use morning and evening on clean skin. Dampen a cotton pad and sweep over face, avoiding eyes. Finish with Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion.
