Clarins Eye Pencil is easy to apply and provides a precise line that opens up the eye. Perfect for creating different make-up effects! Contains jojoba oil, sugar extract and Silicone derivates. Ophtalmically tested.
Can be applied in 3 different ways: As an eyeliner: apply along the upper and/or bottom lash line. As a khôl pencil: apply on the inside of the eye line by gently pulling down the bottom part of the eye area. As an eyeshadow smudged on the eye lid: apply on the eye lid and smudge the colour using the foam tip for a dramatic effect.
