Usage
Start at the base of the lashes near the nose and draw a thin line outward towards the temple. Follow your lash line and apply the eyeliner as close to the lash line as possible. For a more dramatic effect, apply the eyeliner in a thicker stroke and also apply it along the lower lash line.
Easily removed with lukewarm water.
