Blinc Lash Primer is used under mascara to build up the lashes and give them extra volume and length. Additionally, Blinc Lash Primer protects the lashes from external stressors in our increasingly deteriorating environment. With the primer as a base, even the smallest lashes are protected from heat, free radicals, wear and tear, and damage. The application is easy for both lashes and eyebrows. The completely colorless primer is enriched with vitamin E and contains no substances that can irritate the eyes.
